What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm with self check-in. Check-out is by 11 am.
How does self check-in work?
There is no reception: once we have received the ID documents of all guests we send you an access code. With the code you enter the building and find the key card inside your room.
Can I arrive after 10 pm?
Please write to us before arrival at +39 0942 558501 (also WhatsApp) and we will tell you how to arrange it.
How far is the beach?
The beach of Giardini Naxos is about 20 metres away.
Is there private parking?
No. You can stop in front of the building to unload your luggage and then park on the seafront, in the blue-line spaces or in the San Giovanni public car park 500 metres away. These are public car parks and cannot be booked.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are allowed on request, with a supplement of €20 per day + a €200 security deposit.
Is there a lift?
Yes, all rooms can be reached by lift or by the stairs.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included. There is a snack area with coffee machine on the third floor, and cafés just steps away.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning and heating, activated by the key card.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free.
How do I get here from Catania airport?
By Interbus coach to the “Via Vittorio Emanuele” stop, 100 metres from the building, or by car (about 50–60 minutes).
How far is Taormina?
About 5 km: 15–20 minutes by car or bus.
